Born in 2011, Serena Kuang began her music journey with singing at the stage when she was 6, after one year she start to play piano ,she start to play violin and composition at the age of 11. Serena was accepted as piano student at The Phil and Eli Taylor Performance Academy for Young Artists in 2022, where she has been honing her craft under the guidance of Anya Alexeyev. With Anya's mentorship, Serena has demonstrated remarkable growth, showcasing a unique blend of technical skill, musicality, and artistic expression.
Prior to Taylor Academy, she studied with Koichi Inoue. Serena has participated in master classes with James Anagnoson, Angela Park, and Katherine Dowling.
Away from music, Serena enjoys hanging out with friends, writing book reviews, creating handmade crafts, and swimming.
